Lunch: small samples of small cookies and biscuts (i didn't keep count but I guess it would be 6 small samples total) from Byrd Cookie Company. No crazy tourists this time!
6inch Veggie Delight on Wheat (Lettuce, cheese, peppers, onions pickles, black olives, vinegar and mustard). 1 single serving bag bakes sour cream and onion Lays. Medium diet coke.
Ok, so I am started to get bored with my music selection while at the gym, which is a bad thing as that is what makes the workout bearable. So a friend has volunteered so far to make me a workout CD (or )with any songs I want. (Please don't get on your high horse about downloading, thanks).
Here is what I have so far:
1)Eye of the Tiger-Survivor
2Bootylicous-Destiny's Child
3)Work it-Justin Timberlake and Nelly
4)Since you been gone-Kelly Clarkson
5)It's not Unusual-Tom Jones
6)American Idiot-Green Day
7)Where it's at-Beck
8)Best of You-Foo FIghters
9)Feel Good Inc-Gorillaz
10)Redneck Woman-Gretchen Wilson
11)What was I Thinking?-Dierks Bently
12)Breathe (2AM)-Anna Nalick
13)Don't Stop Believing-Journey
14)Veronica-Elvis Costello
15)I Want you to Want Me (live version)-Cheap Trick
So yeah, it's a bizzare mix and I know Elvis Costello wouldn't be too happy knowing he was on a CD with Nelly, but they are all songs that I know will pump me up at 5 am. And let me tell you, that is a stellar feat.
This isn't enough to fill one CD and was gracious enough to offer to make two should the need arise. SO tell me, what songs pump you up. Feel free to admit the cheesiest song ever. Sometimes those are the best for working out, when you don't want to think.
